Plaid skirt in Lilac/Grey
A little more about the product ...
The beautiful checked fabric has an elegant drape and creates a wonderful long skirt. The Mathilde skirt is characterized by its wide yoke, which fits well and flatteringly around the hips, while the skirt's lower part has width and gathers. The skirt closes at the back with an invisible zipper, and the back panel has elastic at the waist, making it a bit flexible in its fit. It has side pockets and is lined with satin lining.
The material
We absolutely love this beautiful material, which consists of 73% cotton and 27% wool. The quality has a seersucker-inspired look, which gives it an interesting texture and makes it comfortable to wear. The skirt can be gently machine washed. Due to the fabric's structure, it should not be ironed - at most, lightly steamed. However, we recommend that you instead hang your skirt to dry on a hanger. The material is produced in Italy, while the skirt is sewn in Bulgaria.
Production
The fabric is specially designed for McVERDI and is produced in Italy. Danish design. Sewn in Bulgaria.
Fit
The skirt is a MATHILDE classic. It has a full length of 80 cm in size medium.
Størrelsesguide
Our Mathilde skirt is one of our classic skirts. A pretty skirt that fits around the waist and hips, but otherwise has width in the skirt. The length of the popular skirt changes from style to style and sometimes the skirt has elastic along the waist. Also, details, pockets, lining/non-lining and so on vary from design to design. The height of the yoke varies from skirt to skirt. However, below you can find the basic measurements of a Mathilde skirt. If you know your size in our great Lotte skirt, then you should use the same size in the Mathilde skirt.

Styling tips
McVERDI since 1987
Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.
Europe production
All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
