TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

On our webshop www.mcverdi.dk, you can pay online with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and MobilePay.
The amount will only be charged on the day the item is shipped.

Credit card payments are processed via a secure server (SSL). The payment window is handled by SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, a secure payment system.

DELIVERY

McVERDI is Danish design, produced in Europe. All packages are shipped from Denmark.
We ship worldwide!
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their country.

At McVERDI, we strive to provide the best possible service.
We ship orders on all weekdays and aim for a delivery time of 2–5 business days after the order is received. Occasionally, delivery may take longer if items need to be ordered from our other stores or during sales periods. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
You are always welcome to contact us regarding your order at shop@mcverdi.dk.

PICK-UP IN ÅLSGÅRDE AND ØSTERBRO

You can pick up your webshop order in our stores in Ålsgårde and Østerbro on weekdays 11:00–17:30 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00. Note: Østerbro is closed on Tuesdays.
If these times are not convenient, contact us at shop@mcverdi.dk, and we will try to find a solution – we are often in the store before 11:00.

Payments are taken when we pack your order. If your order is not picked up within approximately 7 days, we will contact you to see if you are still interested. If we do not hear from you or make another agreement within 14 days, the order will be considered canceled.

STOCK STATUS

We have a shared stock for our two physical stores to make our products available worldwide. This can sometimes lead to stock errors or cross-sales. We will contact you immediately if this occurs.

If an item you want is out of stock, you are always welcome to contact us. We may be able to order it or inform you of a retailer who has it in stock. Email us: shop@mcverdi.dk

RETURNS

Of course, we hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, this is always possible – including sale items.

You have 14 days to notify us that you want to return your purchase or part of it. After that, you have 14 days to send the item back.
Email us at shop@mcverdi.dk so we know to expect a package from you.

You are responsible for return shipping. You can purchase a return label via our return portal (link below). If you buy a return label outside of our portal, the package must be sent with home delivery (preferably to a business address). We do not pick up packages sent to parcel shops. Always keep your receipt for the returned package. McVERDI is not responsible for lost returns; in such cases, the sender must contact the shipping company to trace the package and request compensation.

When we receive your return, we will check the condition of the item and refund the amount to the card used for payment. If your card is lost or blocked, contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

Please note that it may take a few days – sometimes longer – for the funds to appear in your account.

If you return your entire purchase, the total amount will be refunded, including any shipping fees paid for the order.

WARRANTY

When shopping at mcverdi.dk, you have a 2-year warranty. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.

The warranty is valid only if the claim is justified and the defect is not caused by misuse or other damaging behavior.
