1. McVERDI APS PRIVACY POLICY – GENERAL
The purpose of McVERDI ApS’ privacy policy is to explain how McVERDI ApS collects and processes information about you.
McVERDI ApS aims to minimize the processing of your personal data and ensure transparency regarding the information we handle. This privacy policy explains which personal data McVERDI ApS processes, how it is processed, and what rights you can exercise.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES McVERDI APS COLLECT
When you make a purchase through our webshop at www.mcverdi.dk, we ask for your name, address, and email address. This information is required to send the goods to you.
3. DATA PROCESSING
We take good care of your data and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that personal data is not lost, accidentally or unlawfully accessed, or misused.
Your name, address, email, and phone number are processed solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased goods, and will be shared with the chosen transport company. Your information may also be accessed by the company hosting our website and our IT support. We delete your information two years after delivery of the purchased goods, in accordance with the statute of limitations under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The companies to which your personal data is transferred are data processors and are only authorized to use the data to provide the services specified and solely under instructions from McVERDI ApS. They are not allowed to use the data for any other purpose and are bound to maintain confidentiality. McVERDI ApS has signed written data processing agreements with all parties processing personal data on our behalf.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request information from McVERDI ApS about which data we have registered about you, the purpose of the registration, the category of personal data stored, and, if applicable, which recipients the information has been or will be shared with. You also have the right to know the source of the information.
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. To request a copy, please send a written request to privatliv@mcverdi.dk. To ensure that information is not disclosed to unauthorized persons, you will be asked to verify your identity.
You have the right to have your data corrected so that it is always accurate. If you notice errors in the data we hold about you, please contact us at privatliv@mcverdi.dk. You will be asked to verify your identity in this case as well.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted, e.g., if you withdraw consent and we have no other legal basis for processing. If continued processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, we are not obliged to delete your personal data. Requests for deletion also require verification of your identity.
You may, in some cases, request that processing of your personal data be limited to storage only, for example, if you believe the data we process is inaccurate.
You may also request that personal data you have provided to us be delivered in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling used for targeted direct marketing via cookies. If you do not wish us to use your data for marketing profiling, you should delete your cookies as explained below.
You may at any time withdraw consent you have given for processing personal data, such as receiving newsletters. If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data, you may also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
