RETURNS
Of course, we hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, this is always possible – including sale items.
You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your purchase or part of it. After that, you have 14 days to send the item back.
Please email us at shop@mcverdi.dk so we know to expect a package from you.
You can choose to return the item by mail or drop it off at one of our stores in Ålsgårde or Copenhagen. See more under “In-Store Returns” below.
You are responsible for returning the item yourself. If returning from Denmark, you can easily purchase a return label via our return portal – follow the link below.
If you do not purchase a return label through our portal, please ensure that the shipment is with home/business delivery. We do not collect returns sent to parcel shops.

PURCHASE A RETURN LABEL
When shipping from another country than Denmark or Sweden, you must purchase a shipping label for your return at your local post office or parcel shop.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You are always welcome to return your order at one of our physical stores. Please note that refunds will still be processed via our webshop.

WARRANTY
When you shop at mcverdi.dk, you naturally have a 2-year warranty. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.
The warranty is valid only if the claim is justified and the defect has not arisen due to misuse or other damaging behavior.
