A little more about the dress...

The dress is a version of our popular CLASSIC, the Katja dress. A dress that fits and has a simple, well-fitting cut. The dress is cut across at the front, while the back is without a cut, but with two well-placed incisions. The result is a dress that fits really well on most people - in both sizes XS and 3XL. The dress has a short sleeve and has two welt pockets. It has a round neckline with a small slit, which gives a nice detail to the dress, and makes it light and summery. At the back, the dress has an invisible zipper and it is lined with cotton. The dress can become your new favorite everyday dress, but can also be dressed up and be a nice base for a festive outfit.

The fabric

The dress is sewn in a beautiful 100% linen from Italy. The dress is lined with 100% viscose lining. The fabric is woven from two different colors of yarn, which gives the color a beautiful play and makes it melange. Linen is perfect for summer use because it has a tempering effect and is nice to wear on hot days. Linen is also a natural fiber and generally a more sustainable choice than, for example, cotton. It is in the nature of linen to wrinkle - there is not much you can do about that. You can of course iron your dress, but we actually recommend that you just wash the dress gently and let it dry on a hanger. The dress is sewn in Bulgaria.

Fit

The dress has a FITTED silhouette and should fit snugly around the bust. It is built over our CLASSIC - "Katja" dress. In size medium the dress has a full length of 110 cm.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
