A truly cool checked shirt with a wide and casual silhouette. The stylish checked fabric drapes beautifully and complements the sharp, classic shirt details: the collar and the wide cuffs. This shirt is perfect paired with white trousers for a summery look, but it can easily be worn all year round.
Material
The shirt is crafted from a premium quality fabric consisting of 67% cotton, 32% linen, and 1% elastane. It is crispy, soft, and very comfortable to wear. Wash your shirt gently in the washing machine on a hand-wash cycle. Use a neutral detergent for colored garments. Iron if necessary, otherwise simply let the shirt dry on a hanger.
Production
McVERDI is Danish design – designed in Ålsgårde, north of Elsinore. Here, the first samples are designed, sewn, and fitted before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria. The fabric for this shirt is from Italy and developed specifically for McVERDI.
Fit
The shirt features an oversized silhouette and is designed for a loose fit. The total length is 75 cm in a size Medium. This shirt model is one of our "CLASSICS" and is known as the Bettina shirt.

McVERDI since 1987
Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.
Europe production
All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
