This cotton dress is called Nähcafe and is part of Privatsachen’s crinkled cotton collection, which includes several silhouettes. What defines the Nähcafe cotton dress are the short sleeves, the overall length and the buttons at the chest. The dress perhaps has a few more details than the other crinkled Privatsachen dresses. The crinkled cotton look gives the dress character and makes it drape more interestingly on the body. We call Privatsachen the “luxury-hip brand” and we mean it in the best way. Privatsachen can easily be layered — multiple layers are cool. Try pairing a Privatsachen dress with large jewelry or a pair of cool sandals for a great look.

Material

The cotton dress is sewn from 100% soft cotton. The dress can be washed at 30 degrees in the washing machine; you can also use a hand-wash program. Wash the dress with other light colors. You can either iron the dress smooth after washing or twist the whole dress or part of it to preserve the crinkled look — remember the twisting must be done while wet. The Privatsachen cotton dress can be ironed at low to medium heat.

Fit

The silk dress is available in three sizes: 1, 2 and 3. Privatsachen is generally roomy in sizing — however, armholes and sleeves are often narrow,
so that is something to be aware of.
