Nice coat in an A-line silhouette in McVERDI's unique combination of durable rubberized fabric, warm Thinsulate lining and soft cotton inner lining. Outerwear for children is a challenge, and with McVERDI you are guaranteed functionality and quality that benefits both parents and children. MiniMcVERDI is a reproduction of a number of popular children's styles we produced back in the 1990s. The outer fabric is the same as we use for our popular raincoats and is optimal for children's clothing because it holds up well over time and can be handed down through siblings. The design is simple and without too many unnecessary details. Here you get a coat that is timeless, warm, practical and nice. Inside, the coat has the characteristic checked, smooth cotton lining that makes it easy to put on and take off. Inside the coat there is a loop so it can be quickly hung on a peg and a label where a name and contact information can be written.

The material

The coat's outer fabric consists of 85% cotton and 15% polyurethane, which gives the material its rubberized surface. The rubberized surface makes the outer material windproof and highly water-repellent, while the large amount of cotton allows the body to breathe. The coat is insulated with Thinsulate CDS70. The material consists of tiny microfibers that can retain body heat and keep moisture and cold out, while regulating depending on body heat and the outside temperature. Thinsulate is thin and very light. It is widely used in, for example, ski wear and flight suits. The coat's lining consists of 100% cotton with fine printed checks. The coat is extremely easy to care for — it just needs to be wiped with a damp cloth and aired occasionally. The coat cannot be dry cleaned and should only be washed infrequently, inside out on a gentle cycle. That may seem like limited washing options, but it has never been a problem. The coat is produced in Estonia from European materials.

Fit

The coat is cut in an A-line silhouette. Our sizes are generally generous and we usually recommend choosing the child's actual age — it should then fit well and still leave room to grow.
