off-white long skirt with buttons
A bit more about the product ...
The skirt is a longer and quite cool version of our Lotte skirt, inspired by old-fashioned "denim skirts". It has buttons down the front and a slight A-line silhouette. The front features a couple of nice pockets, while the back has a cool wedge detail.
The material
The cotton quality for this skirt has a lovely natural look. It is 100% cotton in the cotton's natural color - it is neither bleached nor dyed. This gives a flattering and quite nice cream-white shade that works well in a summer wardrobe. The quality is sturdy with a canvas feel, while also being soft and comfortable to wear. Machine wash on gentle cycle - it will only get softer over time. No need to iron.
Production
McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and fitted here before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria that we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is developed, designed and produced north of Florence in Italy, where we have a partnership with an Italian fabric manufacturer who designs and develops qualities especially for us.
Fit
The skirt is a longer version of our LOTTE CLASSIC: it has a waist measurement of 84 cm in size medium and a full length of 80 cm.
Størrelsesguide
McVERDI's Lotte skirt is our little classic skirt and often a really good basic skirt to have in the closet. It has a well-fitting fit that has been adapted over many years. It is typically short - and a little shorter in winter versions, where it is used with tights, while in summer it is slightly longer. However, this can vary from style to style. Details, pockets, lining/non-lining and so on also vary from design to design. However, below you can find the basic measurements of a Lotte skirt .

Styling tips
McVERDI since 1987
Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.
Europe production
All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
