A little more about the product ...

With this fantastic kimono coat you can transform any outfit into a festive look with power! The kimono coat can be worn for special occasions - everything from milestone birthdays to weddings. Or just be a colorful addition to the everyday wardrobe. The kimono coat comes with a wide tie belt and features a beautiful wide shawl collar and two large front pockets.

The material

The kimono coat is sewn in a lovely soft cotton quality consisting of 98% cotton and 2% elastane. The fabric has a smooth surface and fits very nicely thanks to the elastane. In addition, the fabric has a nicely substantial weight and drapes beautifully. The dress can be machine washed on the hand-wash program and does not need ironing.

Production

McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and adjusted here before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria that we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is produced in Turkey.

Fit

The kimono coat has an oversized silhouette. It comes in size 1 (XS/S), 2 (M/L), 3 (XL/2XL), 4 (3XL). In size medium 110 cm.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

Europe production

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
