Our Lise dress is one of our absolute bestsellers! In linen with print, the Lise dress is one of the best versions of itself and you get a truly lovely summer dress. The dress is simple, timeless and feminine. The dress has short sleeves and a simple round neckline. At the hem the dress has a wide band in double fabric, which helps give the dress a beautiful drape. The dress has indispensable pockets at the sides.
The material
The dress is sewn in a lightweight 100% linen quality. Linen is wonderful to wear in summer because it has a temperature-regulating effect on the skin. In addition, linen has a beautiful and interesting texture that makes the material appealing. Linen is also one of the more sustainable material choices, as the cultivation and processing of flax fibres have a minimal environmental footprint and do not require artificial fertilizers and pesticides. Linen tends to wrinkle and it is difficult to avoid. Linen can of course be ironed, but we actually recommend letting linen be linen and simply letting the dress dry on a hanger. Wash with a neutral, gentle detergent and on a cold hand-wash program.
Production
McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and fitted here before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is produced in Turkey.
Fit
The linen dress has a fFITTED LOOSE silhouette and is one of our popular dresses - LISE DRESS. In size medium it has a full length of 120 cm.

McVERDI since 1987
Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.
Europe production
All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
