A little more about the product ...

The dress has a simple and very pleasant cut. A highly versatile summer dress that flatters almost every body type. The dress has short sleeves and a yoke with gathering at the back. Along the hem the dress has a wide double edge that gives a little extra weight. The V-neck with the wide band is the dress's main detail and creates a very flattering neckline. The dress also has convenient side pockets.

The material

The dress is sewn in a lightweight 100% linen quality. Linen is lovely to wear in summer because it helps regulate skin temperature. In addition, linen has a beautiful and interesting texture that makes the material appealing. Linen is also one of the more sustainable fabric choices, since the cultivation and processing of flax fibers has a minimal impact on the environment and does not require artificial fertilizer or pesticides. Linen tends to wrinkle and it is difficult to avoid. Linen can of course be ironed, but we actually recommend letting linen be linen and simply letting the dress dry on a hanger. Wash with a neutral, gentle detergent and on a cold hand-wash program.

Production

McVERDI is Danish design — designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and fitted there before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria that we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is produced in Turkey.

Fit

The linen dress has a FITTED LOOSE simple straight up-and-down silhouette. The dress has a full length of 110 cm in size medium.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

Europe production

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
