A little more about the product ...

Small cute summer blouse that is a great alternative to a t-shirt. The cut has some "t-shirt" vibes: it’s simple with short sleeves and a round neck, but with much more character. The blouse is slightly longer at the back and has a couple of darts at the hem that give it a slight balloon silhouette. Very versatile and super cute summer blouse with print.

The material

The blouse is sewn in a lightweight 100% linen quality. Linen is wonderful to wear in summer as it helps regulate the skin temperature. In addition, linen has a beautiful and interesting texture that makes the fabric appealing. Linen is also one of the more sustainable fabric choices, as the cultivation and processing of linen fibres has minimal environmental impact and does not require artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Linen tends to wrinkle and that is difficult to avoid. Linen can of course be ironed, but we actually recommend letting linen be linen and simply hanging the blouse to dry on a hanger. Wash with a neutral, gentle detergent and on a cold hand-wash program.

Production

McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and adjusted here before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria that we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is produced in Turkey.

Fit

The blouse has a FITTED LOOSE silhouette and should sit loosely across the bust. The blouse has a full length of 65 cm in medium.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
