Our Helle shirt is for those who love clothing with multiple functions. It can be worn open (and is rather perfect) as a kind of jacket over a trousers or skirt set. At times it can almost function as outerwear. It can also be worn closed as a tunic and is super cute with a short skirt underneath. Last but not least, some people love it as a dress. In corduroy the shirt is a perfect addition to the everyday wardrobe and is definitely a good choice. It’s cozy and pleasant to wear in the soft corduroy quality. The same shirt is also made in a denim version, which is one of our absolute bestsellers. The shirt has a sharp shirt collar and large patch pockets for all the essentials. It has a long sleeve with a small slit that can be rolled up for a more casual look. It’s very nice worn with a printed shirt underneath. All in all, a shirt that can almost only become a new favorite.

The material

The shirt is sewn in a thick wide-wale corduroy quality consisting of 100% cotton. Wide-wale corduroy is soft and cozy to wear and a perfect quality for winter. One should remember that wide-wale corduroy, despite its sturdy look, still needs to be handled gently. Wash on a gentle cycle in the washing machine and let your shirt dry on a hanger. Use a mild detergent. The lovely corduroy material is produced in Italy, while the shirt is sewn in Bulgaria.

Fit

The shirt has a FITTED LOOSE silhouette and should sit loosely around the bust. It has gathers and thus a bit of extra width at the back. The shirt has a full length of 100 cm in size medium. It is one of our CLASSICS and goes by the name HELLE jacket. Some will be able to wear it as a dress, but it is primarily intended to serve as a tunic/shirt.
