A little more about the product ...

Sweet shirt with a petite look. A true summer shirt. The blouse fastens at the front with small sweet mother-of-pearl buttons. It has short sleeves and a little gathering from the yoke at the back.

The material

The blouse is sewn in 100% cotton. The fabric is from Liberty London and is their well-known cotton quality TANA LAWN. A piece of cotton fabric with a very special touch. It is smooth and soft to the touch and is almost indestructible. It can be washed at 30 degrees and hardly creases. All in all a wonderful piece of fabric that makes a lovely little blouse.

Their patterns have become a symbol of quality and style, and they have been a favorite among fashion-conscious people for decades. From florals to geometric patterns, Liberty London has a wide range of prints to suit any taste. Their prints have become part of fashion history and are still popular today.

Production

McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and fitted here before they are sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria that we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is from Liberty London, which produces their fabric at a mill near Milan, Italy.

Fit

This little shirt-blouse is a fine version of our EDITH blouse. The shirt-blouse has a FITTED silhouette across the chest. In size medium the shirt has a full length of 60 cm.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

Europe production

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
