Super lovely oversized coat in yellow with an A-line silhouette and beautiful classic details. The coat’s A-line is allowed to remain clean and simple with a classic, sharp collar. At the front the coat has 2 large patch pockets. These pockets can hold the whole world! In addition, the coat has a small extra pocket with a button closure. There is also an inside pocket. Inside, the coat is lined with a stunning graphic pattern designed by Juliane. The coat fastens with very nice snap buttons with a hole in the middle. Simple, clean lines and a beautiful color characterize this lovely oversized coat, which impresses most who put it on. With a sweater underneath, this coat—which is also windproof and water-repellent—can easily become a coat you wear all year round.

The material

The coat is sewn in the softest brushed cotton quality, perfect for outerwear. The shell consists of 70% cotton and 30% polyamide. It is windproof and highly water-repellent. To make the coat more resistant to wear, it has sleeve cuffs in 100% cotton. Inside you’ll find a printed lining in 96% cotton and 4% elastane. The sleeves have acetate satin so the jacket is easier to put on. The anorak should not be washed often, but in rare cases can be washed on the hand-wash program in a machine. Washing can, over time, reduce the anorak’s ability to keep water out. However, you can refresh water resistance with a textile waterproofing spray.

Production

McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and adjusted here before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have collaborated with for many, many years. The shell fabric is developed, designed and produced north of Florence in Italy, where we cooperate with an Italian fabric manufacturer that designs and develops qualities specifically for us. The lining is printed and produced in Turkey.

Fit

The coat has a LUNA silhouette and an OVERSIZED A-line. It comes in 4 sizes: size 1 corresponding to XS/S, size 2 corresponding to M/L, size 3 corresponding to XL/2XL, size 4 corresponding to 3XL. In size 2 it has a full length of 110 cm.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
