A little more about the product ...
Anorak with a hood and a loose/oversize fit that’s super cozy to wear. It’s comfortable while still leaving room to wear a sweater underneath. It is water-repellent and windproof and features a classic large anorak pocket at the front, inspired by the moffedisse, as well as a smaller pocket with a snap for your phone. The front has three snaps that allow you to adjust the neckline. The anorak has a hood.
The material
The anorak is sewn in the loveliest brushed cotton quality, perfect for outerwear, consisting of 70% cotton and 30% polyamide. It is windproof and highly water-repellent. To make the anorak more resistant to wear, the sleeve hem is 100% cotton. The anorak should not be washed too often, but in rare cases it can be washed on a hand-wash program in the machine. Washing can, over time, reduce the anorak’s ability to keep water out. However, you can refresh the water-repellency with a textile impregnation spray.
Production
McVERDI is Danish design - designed in Ålsgårde, north of Helsingør. The first samples are designed, sewn and fitted here before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have collaborated with for many, many years. The fabric is developed, designed and produced north of Florence in Italy, where we work with an Italian fabric manufacturer that designs and develops qualities especially for us.
Fit
The anorak has an oversize silhouette and a full length of 90 cm. It comes in 4 sizes: size 1 corresponding to xs/s, size 2 corresponding to m/l, size 3 corresponding to xl/2xl, size 4 corresponding to 3xl.

McVERDI since 1987
Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
