Hej med dig! Jeg er en del af McVERDI classics – og måske kender ud mig som “Edith blusen”. Lige her er jeg i en blomstret version og er ret tilfreds med det udtryk jeg har fået. Jeg er en feminin bluse til dig, der godt kan lide et lidt bondeinspireret inspireret snit. Her er jeg så lidt anderledes – for jeg har fået blomster på og ihh hvor de klæder mig. Jeg synes jeg kan bærer de mange blomster elegant og jeg bliver ikke for pudse-nusset, for printet er grafisk og holdt i blå og cremefarvede nuancer. A little more about the product ...
My print is created by flower and textile artist Charlotte Van Hauen. She works with using flowers in prints and has here created this graphic summer print directly inspired by the actual flower. The result is a very pretty and wearable print that suits my linen quality well. I am sewn in a rather lovely and lightweight linen quality. I am quite pleased with my flattering shawl collar and my sleeves, which have a bit of gathering and width without it becoming too much. I also hear many say they think I look so nice in the back, where I have a bit of gathering. I’m sure you can become fond of me - and if you do, remember that I as EDITH Classic come in several versions.
The material
The shirt-blouse is sewn in a light and comfortable linen quality with the printed floral pattern. The quality consists of 100% linen, which is really nice to wear in the summer because linen has a tempering property. Linen wrinkles - you have to learn to love that a bit, but the floral print and the lightness of the fabric mean that wrinkles don’t really feel like an issue with this fine shirt-blouse. Wash it gently in the machine on the (cold) hand-wash program. Let the shirt dry on a hanger. Danish-designed print by Charlotte Van Hauen (@farvesansen). The fabric is printed and produced in Turkey, while the shirt-blouse is sewn in Bulgaria.
Fit
The linen blouse has a FITTED silhouette and fits closely over the chest and back, but has extra width in the form of back fullness. The shirt is part of the CLASSIC silhouettes and is named "EDITH SKJORTEBLUSEN". In size medium the blouse has a full length of 65 cm.
McVERDI are generally spacious in size, and you will often find that you need to go down a size compared to the size you normally wear.

McVERDI since 1987
Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
