A truly lovely summer dress from McVERDI. This linen dress features a front yoke with sweet little mother-of-pearl buttons, allowing the neckline to be opened as desired. The dress has side pockets and a double-layered hemline, which provides an exclusive drape. It features semi-short sleeves with a small slit that can easily be cuffed for a more casual and relaxed summer look. The dress can be worn on its own or layered over trousers.
Material
The dress is crafted from 100% linen. Linen is brilliant for summer wear due to its excellent temperature-regulating properties. All linen wrinkles – it’s unavoidable – but we recommend "working with" the natural look of the linen and avoiding ironing your dress. Instead, wash the dress gently on a hand-wash cycle and let it dry on a hanger. The linen used for this dress is melange, giving the color a beautiful, nuanced depth. The linen fabric is produced in Italy, while the dress is sewn in Bulgaria.
SUSTAINABILITY TIP: Do you have linen pieces that have been well-loved and need a refresh? Any 100% linen garment can be easily dyed at home in the washing machine to give it a completely new and fresh look.
Fit
The dress is part of our Classic collection and is named THORA. It is characterized by a slightly loose silhouette. It has a front yoke but is otherwise one-piece in the front, while the back is cut at the waist with light gathering. In a size Medium, it has a total length of 115 cm.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.
Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.
Small quantities - delicious fabrics
Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.
Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
