Beautiful long "Helle" shirt jacket that can be worn in many different ways. The light blue / sea blue fabric, which is a linen/cotton mix, is woven so that it appears in subdued stripes and with fine green stitching. A very nice and different piece of fabric. Read more below.

A multifunctional garment that can be styled in many different ways. Use this lovely long shirt as a tunic, or wear it open as the final layer in your layered look. It can also be worn as a dress. The shirt features mother-of-pearl buttons and large patch pockets. It has a mandarin collar and fine exterior pleats that add a beautiful detail. The model and fabric complement each other perfectly, resulting in a stunning and unique shirt that truly stands out.

The Material

The shirt is made from 50% linen and 50% cotton. The material features a beautiful weave and texture, giving the shirt a special touch of exclusivity. The shirt can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and requires no ironing.

Production

McVERDI is Danish design – designed in Ålsgårde, north of Elsinore. This is where the initial samples are designed, sewn, and fitted before being sent to Bulgaria for production. We work with a small, family-owned factory in Bulgaria with whom we have collaborated for many, many years. The fabric is produced in Italy, just north of Florence, and is developed specifically for McVERDI.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

Europe production

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
