A bit more about the blue anorak...

MiniMcVERDI is a reproduction of a range of popular children's styles we produced back in the 1990s. The outer fabric is the same as we use for our popular raincoats and it is ideal for children's clothing because it lasts well and can be passed down through siblings. The design is simple and without too many unnecessary details. Here you get an anorak that is timeless, warm, practical and attractive - and that both girls and boys can enjoy. Inside the anorak is the characteristic checkered, smooth cotton lining that makes the anorak easy to take on and off - a real hit when the whole playground needs to be reached during a break! Inside the anorak there is a loop to quickly hang the anorak on a peg and a label where a name and contact information can be written.

The material

The outer fabric of the anorak consists of 85% cotton and 15% polyurethane, which gives the material a rubberized surface. The rubberized surface makes the outer material windproof and highly water-repellent, while the large amount of cotton allows the body to breathe. The anorak is mid-lined with Thinsulate CDS70. Thinsulate is an insulating material developed by 3M. The material consists of tiny microfibers that can retain body heat, keep out moisture and cold, and regulate depending on body heat and the outside temperature. Thinsulate is very thin and very light. It is widely used in, for example, ski wear and flight suits. The anorak's lining consists of 100% cotton with fine printed checks. The anorak is extremely easy to care for - it only needs to be wiped with a damp cloth and hung to air occasionally. The anorak cannot be dry cleaned and should only be washed rarely, turned inside out on a gentle cycle. That may seem like limited washing options, but it has never been a problem. The anorak is produced in Estonia from European materials.

Fit

The anorak has a loose fit which makes it flexible and gives room to grow. Our sizes are generous and we usually recommend choosing the child's actual age.
