Since the company's inception in 1987, the black raincoat has been one of our core products. Lotte Honoré started the company by selling black raincoats in Copenhagen. Because the raincoats are a McVERDI classic, new colors are constantly being launched. This raincoat is warm, smart and practical. The conclusion is that it is possibly the best raincoat on the market and we can stand 100% in terms of quality, design and good durability. They are the best-suited coats for the Scandinavian weather because they are both wind and waterproof, and they are lined with a wool lining that is warm and nice. Product description

The raincoat is long-lasting and features a timeless classic design. This raincoat, McB, is one of the raincoats we have included in the collection for over 20 years and it remains a hit!

It’s wonderful that it appeals to all ages and body types. Over the years there is no doubt that this timeless classic has been our absolute best-selling coat. It should be tried on and maybe purchased — perhaps it can become your new favorite in the wardrobe.

The coat has a simple front look, with the ends of the drawstring adjustable on the inside of the coat. The coat has a hood, zipper, zip pockets, an inner pocket and a drawstring across the back where the elastic can be adjusted depending on how much extra room you want at the back. The nice detail is that the drawstring continues a bit onto the front, subtly defining the waist.

Material description

The outer fabric of the raincoat consists of 65% cotton and 35% polyether, which gives the material its rubberized surface. The rubberized surface makes the outer material windproof and highly water-repellent, while the cotton allows for a practical coat that still breathes. The lining consists of 80% wool and 20% polyamide.

Outerwear should be easy to care for. This raincoat should simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth and hung to air occasionally. As a rule, the raincoat CANNOT be dry-cleaned and, as a rule, should not be washed. However, it is possible to wash the raincoat gently on a wool cycle in the machine when it really needs it, but this should be done very rarely. The somewhat limited options for washing and dry-cleaning have never been a problem in the nearly 30 years we have produced the coats.

The outer material used for this coat is produced in Italy by the same manufacturer for 30 years. The wool lining is also produced in Italy, while the coat is sewn in Bulgaria. NOTE! The coat is highly water-repellent, but the seams are not welded and it does not have 100% rainproof details.

Country of production: Bulgaria.

Fit

The coat has a LOOSE fit.

In size medium it has a chest width of 124 cm, of which 24–26 cm is intended for extra width, and the coat has a full length of 101 cm.
