A little more about the product ...

If you’re going to a special event or you just like wearing a nice dress every day, this pretty version of our simple Dorthe dress might be for you. The dress is sewn in a charming piece of jacquard-woven fabric with small flowers in golden and purple shades with a hint of fresh light blue. The dress is completely simple and slim in cut — a fit that is very popular. Here the dress has a delicate boat neckline with a small trim and a long sleeve with a little gathering at the cuff. The floral pattern is appealing and delightfully optimistic for a winter dress, and you can wear different colors of tights or accessories as needed. The dress has a zipper and side pockets.

The material

We’re pretty fond of beautiful jacquard qualities like this one. They look attractive and are a bit heavier, which makes them ideal for dresses and jackets. This jacquard quality consists of 54% cotton, 42% polyester and 4% polyamide. We don’t normally choose fabric with such a high proportion of synthetics, but we’re quite in love with this quality and chose to make an exception here. In return, the fabric is extremely durable, machine washable, and it’s woven just outside Lyon, in France.

Fit

The dress has a DORTE classic fit. It is slim and close-fitting and in size medium has a full length of 100 cm.

McVERDI since 1987

Almost 40 years ago, McVERDI was founded by Lotte Honoré, who is still the owner and runs the company today, as well as designing all of McVERDI’s collections. Together with a dedicated team, she creates the best framework for the McVERDI universe.

All McVERDI clothing is sewn in the EU - at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, which we have worked with for many years.

Over 90% of our materials are also produced in the EU - primarily in Italy.

Small quantities - delicious fabrics

Our materials are chosen with the utmost care - and many are even designed especially for us. We work primarily with natural materials.

Our collections are produced in small runs and often there are only 3-4 pieces per size.
