It has a good fit - it is sewn in princess seams and sits really well. It has been a long time since we had a top like this in the collection, but if you have followed mcverdi for many years, you may have seen a similar style before. They were quite popular back then and we are confident that this version in the printed, washed linen can achieve the same beloved status. It’s for high summer, when the arms should be aired, or it can be the inner layer with a jacket over. It can also be worn like a kind of vest over a lightweight shirt for a completely different look.

The material

The top is made in a top-quality, heavy linen. The fabric consists of 100% linen and is printed, sewn up and finally washed. This gives a cool pre-washed look, where the color is slightly uneven and random creases give each individual piece a unique character. The top can be machine washed on the hand-wash program. It can be ironed, but it actually suits the look better to leave it unpressed. Instead, let the top dry on a hanger. The material is produced in Italy, while the top is sewn in Bulgaria.
