Do you know our lovely dress with pleats? Then you might also come to love this sweet blouse with pleats. It is built on the dress's silhouette, but here in a cute summer blouse version. The blouse has a short sleeve with a slight puff and features pretty mother-of-pearl buttons down the back. Along the edge the blouse has a wide double hem that helps give the blouse extra weight and drape. A really nice summer blouse.

The material

The blouse is sewn in a lovely McVERDI 100% linen! We love linen because it has a nice texture and because colors always look especially beautiful in linen. You should take care of your linen - do not wash too hot or too often. Wash preferably at cold temperatures and on a gentle cycle. Linen is a great fabric to wear in summer because it has a tempering effect. On the other hand, it is unavoidable that linen wrinkles - it's something you have to learn to love. You can iron the blouse, but we actually recommend that you let your blouse dry on a hanger instead. This linen quality is produced in Lithuania, while the blouse is sewn in Bulgaria.

Fit

The blouse has a FITTED silhouette and is meant to sit snug around the bust. It is built on the CLASSIC silhouette: "the dress with pleats", so if you are a fan of the CLASSIC you will likely also be happy with this style. The blouse has a full length of 70 cm.
