Embrace the season with this lovely coat in Harris Tweed. The coat has a sweet look with a slight A-line silhouette, created by the gently rounded back. It features two piped pockets placed high for a cozy feel. Inside you'll also find an inner pocket with button closure. The coat fastens with metal buttons and has a high collar. The collar can either be buttoned up and folded for a soft appearance or styled sharper and more sculptural. A fine wool coat well suited to the autumn season. The coat is made from wool from Scottish Harris Tweed – a company with a long history and tradition of excellent craftsmanship. All Harris Tweed® is defined as: “Handwoven by islanders in their homes in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, finished in the Outer Hebrides and made from pure virgin wool dyed and spun in the Outer Hebrides.” The material therefore comes from sheep grazing on the islands west of mainland Scotland and is a material with a longstanding tradition, craftsmanship and professional pride.

The material

This McVERDI coat is made from 100% wool – the finest of its kind from Harris Tweed itself – possibly the most well-known material in the world. The coat is lined with acetate lining in a light olive green color. The coat cannot be washed and should be dry cleaned. It likely won't be necessary often, however, as wool is self-cleaning and can be freshened easily by airing outside in humid weather. The coat is sewn in Bulgaria.

The coat has a FITTED LOOSE silhouette and measures 100 cm in full length in a size medium.
