A little more about the skirt ...
This type of skirt — we call it the "Lotte" cut — is an indispensable piece in our collections. It is very simple — straight and down — and is a brilliant base for a smart and cozy winter look. In this orange version the skirt is wonderfully easy to style into the everyday wardrobe. It is sewn in a soft and lovely wide-wale corduroy and is lined with a viscose lining, making it comfortable to wear. It has a zipper at the center back.
The material
The skirt is made from a soft, lightweight and very "pliant" wide-wale corduroy of 100% cotton. "Pliant" because it is very soft and actually has a nice drape, unlike other wide-wale corduroy qualities that can often be a bit stiff and feel heavy. This beautiful wide-wale corduroy does not. On the contrary, it is extremely pleasant and comfortable to wear. The skirt is lined with 100% viscose lining. Wide-wale corduroy should be treated gently and not washed too harshly or too often. The skirt can be machine washed on the hand-wash program, but we recommend not doing this too frequently. You can optionally wash the skirt inside out. Let it dry on a hanger and iron if necessary. The wide-wale corduroy quality is produced in Italy, while the corduroy skirt is sewn at a family-owned factory in Bulgaria, with which we have collaborated for many years.

McVERDI's Lotte skirt is our little classic skirt and often a really good basic skirt to have in the closet. It has a well-fitting fit that has been adapted over many years. It is typically short - and a little shorter in winter versions, where it is used with tights, while in summer it is slightly longer. However, this can vary from style to style. Details, pockets, lining/non-lining and so on also vary from design to design. However, below you can find the basic measurements of a Lotte skirt .
